If I had to find a complaint and its hard, it would be that some areas of the hotel are a little tired but perfectly clean. Well done

I disliked:
Still would like to see a change in the bar menu. We ate in the main restaurant and the food was excellent but quite pricey so not able to eat in there every night if here on business.

I disliked:
Indoor pool in need of renovation and to be cleaner. No mobile phone signal making business calls impossible. Restaurant menu pricy when here on prolonged business. Bar food acceptable but not enough choice. You don't want to live on chips salad etc. Would be good to see pies, pasta, curries, hotpots, sausage and mash, cottage pie etc and without charging for extras, make it inclusive or make an inclusive business package for long term business people. The restaurant was empty at night although the hotel was busy, everyone was going elsewhere, it seems a shame.

Nothing - Everything was perfect. If I had to give a downside maybe some of the furniture in the lounge was a little tired - however perfectly clean.
