I liked:
Since our previous visit the new management have certainly made some improvements regarding the swimming pool. It is still lovely and warm and now lovely and clean too. Really enjoyed it. Breakfast excellent and staff, rooms and cleanliness excellent.
I disliked:
Still would like to see a change in the bar menu. We ate in the main restaurant and the food was excellent but quite pricey so not able to eat in there every night if here on business.

I liked:
Friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness of rooms, size of rooms. Warmth of indoor pool. It was also very quiet at night which is a bonus.
I disliked:
Indoor pool in need of renovation and to be cleaner. No mobile phone signal making business calls impossible. Restaurant menu pricy when here on prolonged business. Bar food acceptable but not enough choice. You don't want to live on chips salad etc. Would be good to see pies, pasta, curries, hotpots, sausage and mash, cottage pie etc and without charging for extras, make it inclusive or make an inclusive business package for long term business people. The restaurant was empty at night although the hotel was busy, everyone was going elsewhere, it seems a shame.

I liked:
What a super hotel. Room was great cleanliness high. Food perfect. Staff very observant and helpful. Would highly recommend. We wished that we had stayed longer and would certainly stay there again when we visit the UK.
I disliked:
Nothing - Everything was perfect. If I had to give a downside maybe some of the furniture in the lounge was a little tired - however perfectly clean.
